Ergonomic Back

The word ergonomics is one you've probably heard a lot lately. It refers to the practice of adjusting the workstation and posture to minimize strain and injury while maximizing comfort and productivity. Ergonomic back support is a must for anyone who works at a desk all day. According to the CDC, sitting for extended periods of time (which many people do every day at work) can be hard on the back.
